What We Do And Who We Are
CrossFit Cantiere’s story began on a summer’s evening of 2013. That evening our two coaches, united by the passion for this discipline, created the foundations of a dream. A dream that today, after a thousand mishaps, has become a solid reality. Our greatest accomplishment however, doesn’t consist in seeing every detail of our Box completed, but in seeing that our passion is handed down to our athletes as we had hoped and imagined. Ours is a box where you’ve got to work hard, with well precise rules, but in which every person becomes part of our community. Every day at the box is a challenge…a challenge to your limits, to your fears! To Crossfit Cantiere, the client, that soon becomes a friend, is the center of everything, becoming a source of inspiration for our coaches that enjoy seeing “ordinary” people coming to the box and doing extraordinary things. The challenge begins! The challenge to improve people’s life quality without giving up the search and formation of new young athletes that carry forward, once again, both our dreams and theirs!
Fact remains that CrossFit is a sport… and that you are made of flesh and bones… if you have chosen to be an “athlete” that pretends not to hurt himself, it’s probably for the best if you go back to playing on your playstation or if stay home to bake cookies with your grandma.

What is crossfit?
Functional movements, constantly varied and performed with high-intensity. This is CrossFit’s recipe that allows thousands of people all over the world to train in a correct and functional way, but above all, to have a good time. The aim of our program is to make you move a load as quickly as possible in total safety. The practice and the subsequent precision of skills is at the center of our view on CrossFit. A “clean” CrossFitter reduces recovery times between repetitions, manages fatigue better, minimizes the risks of injuries and is “pleasing to the eye!”. All this complemented by a superbly trained heart.
CrossFit is essentially composed by three great exercise categories, constantly combined in different sequences:
- Olympic lifting (snatch, clean, etc.)
- Gymnastics (pull up, sit up, muscle up, push up, etc.)
- Metabolic conditioning (run, row, double-unders, etc…)
Il tutto accompagnato da un cuore super allenato. Il crossfit si compone essenzialmente da tre grandi categorie di esercizio: sollevamento olimpico (snatch, clean, etc..), ginnastica (pull up, sit up, muscle up, push up, etc…) e condizionamento metabolico (run, row, double unders, etc…) combinati tra loro in sequenze sempre diverse.
